2012- Started with a good indoor season and then a successful Outdoor season starting with her claiming County champion in both 1500 and 400m. Since she has gone from strength to strength claiming County, Regional and National medals in both Junior and Senior womens 400m and 800m. Adelle has managed to improve and PB in 400m, 800m and 1500m however yet again, but having to withdraw from the World Trials final due to a virus and going onto achieving the World Junior standard for 800m a few weeks too late.Adelle is delighted to have been chosen to be part of Dame Kelly Holmes 'On camp with Kelly' where she is continuely inspired by her mentor and the athletes on camp.

2011-Again a difficult year with health; missing International selection but managing to still PB in 800m
2010- Adelle had a difficult winter and started her season late, despite little training and missing out on some of the international qualifiers, Adelle managed to win the U20 800m Surrey County Championships, take a bronze in 400m at U20/U23 South of England Championships and PB. A week later in strong wind took a silver in 800m at the AAA National championships and World trials. Adelle then took her first English Schools 800m Champion title, and in a month managed to PB in 800m, 200m and 1500m smashing her time by 10 seconds! Although a short season for 2010 a very successful one.

Adelle was 2009 South of England Champion 800m U17W and U20 W. Won 400m Inter-counties 400m U20. Sussex Schools Champion 300m, London Indoor Games 400m Senior Gold medallist, UK School Games Silver Medallist 800m and UK School Games 300m x4 Bronze medallist and AAA Silver medallist 800m.
INTERNATIONAL- Competed for Great Britain Youth Olympic Team in July 2009 in Tampere, Finland in U18 European Youth Olympics and won Silver.
Adelle continues to love athletics, enjoys meeting new competitors and new challenges and is working on improvement and reaching her goals.
