Andi Jones is a keen runner and competes on the roads, cross country, track and fells/mountains. He is currently unattached from a running club and self coached..
He has represented England and Great Britain on a number of ocassions.
Andi was 4th at the World Mountain Running Championships in Alaska, USA 2003.
He has represented Great Britain at five European Mountain Running Championships, finishing 6th at the European Mountain Championships in Uludag, Turkey in July 2011, and has been a member of several medal winning teams at these championships. In 2008 Andi represented Great Britain at the World Cross Country Championships in Edinburgh. In 2010 Andi has represented Great Britain at the European Athletics Championships and England at the Commonwealth Games in the marathon.
Andi became the only person to ever win five Snowdon Races. Andi is now looking forward to a good winters training and focusing on the forth coming cross country season. He has currently entered the Manchester Marathon in the Spring of 2013.
