I'm a Level 3 Endurance Coach and fortunate enough to be on the England Athletics National Coach Development Programme; my mentor being Andi Drake. I'm passionate about helping runners of all ages and all level of ability. I help coach at Keswick Athletic Club and have my own business as a fitness professional at www.bodyfitpersonaltraining.co.uk. My role at work includes running coaching, personal training, strength and conditioning training and working with 'older adult' fitness. All of which are thoroughly enjoyable.
I enjoy running both in competition and for fitness but also do a lot of cross training on the bike together with strength and conditioning work to help prevent injuries. My personal goals this year (2014) are to regain my running fitness after injury last year and to rank in the top 75 at V40 over 5K through to Marathon by spring 2015
