| I am a combined events coach at Derby AC and work with under 11's through to under 20's. I focus on identifying and developing talent for the last ten years. As part of the combined events coaching team we have set up at the club I work closely with Ben Mourbey and between us we work together covering all the events covering details such as session planning, delivering and evaluating sessions for long term development of athletes.
