One of the top British sprinters in his age group Michael Culshaw has successfully made the transition from senior to master athlete . Having won medals over 60 and 100m as a master Michael competed in the European Masters Championships in Poznan in 2006 finishing fourth in the 100m final . Michael is currently training for the World Masters Indoors championships in 2012 having won bronze and silver medals indoors and outdoors in the British masters championships in 2011. Michael has consistently ran around the 11.0 mark as a senior athlete and as a Master has a p.b. of 11.3 s which he hopes to break later in the year .A former 5 time 100m county champion Michael spends his time training at the EIS in Sheffield and at the King George V stadium in Grimsby .Michael has won medals at the British Masters Championships in every year since 2006 and is pictured here with his daughter Seraya , Michael works as a lawyer when not training and runs his own business aptly named Michael Culshaw & Co.
