Eldon Lake was GB Junior International, twice English Schools Triple Jump Champion and still remains on the UK All Time Junior rankings lists. His athletics career was cut short by injury forcing him to stop competing aged just 18. In 2009 aged 40 he began competing again in Masters Athletics.

His love and passion for athletics has never diminished. He is a coach and his main focus has been to encourage young talented people into the sport and nurturing their talent.

He specialises in Jumps and works with a number of clubs, athletes and coaches in the South East.
