Early years - Maiden name Fairclough. U15s:1986: 75mH - Merseyside Champion; ESSA semi-finalist; UK Champs semi-finalist; UK indoor champs semi-finalist 60mH. U17s: Great Britain Student Games in Vienna - Silver medal 400mH.

Later years:
In 2014 I had 4 screws put in my left foot due to dislocating 2 metatarsal heads and a ruptured plantar plate in a 200m race.
In 2015 I had to have 1 of the screws removed as it was too long - this then followed with a stress fracture.
2016 track season went ok then groin pain arrived.
2017 I had to have a full left hip replacement and told I wont be able to hurdle/run again... They were nearly right!
2018 Training started ok with strength work in the hip, then tried to run again..... then another stress fracture arrived in the 5th metatarsal on the right foot.
2019: Getting there slowly and tried hurdling again.
2020: Covid!!!!

Will things finally improve? I hope so ! That would be nice :)
