| Bracknell Sprint Squad is led by Ken a UKA Level 3 coach for Sprints & Hurdles, with Emitt Lake we lead the coaching for the Hurdles and Sprints Squad covering Sprinters, Sprint Hurdlers up to 400mtr, Long Jump and Multi Events for age groups U13 to Senior assisted by 8 assistant coaches. We offer coaching to athletes on Club nights, Tuesday's and Thursday's and at the weekends with separate sessions of Hurdles and Sprints.
