SpeedPro High-Performance Programme
SpeedPro's High-Performance Programme provides coaching and support for athletes competing in various track events, from sprints (100m) to middle distance (800m).
The program consists of three performance groups - Development, Potential, and Elite. These groups are determined by the athlete's progress, not their age. Athletes in the program will have access to weekly training sessions, workouts, coaching clinics, training plans, and more.
