Coached by Charlie Kelly till 2011, Stewart Marshall took over the squad for a year then self coached in own squad Brian Darby (myself) from 2012 Athletes related Notes lead coach Esther 2017-18 years , made GB junior vest then advisor role while at uni. also coached an athlete who made the GB U23 skelton team that year 2018. Got 3 hurdles to english schools in 2018 as started coaching more athletes end 2017/beginning of 2018 (only a couple before that ) including Starling sisters, Daniella with large improvements, summer 2019 started also jointly coaching a few more male athletes (real influences on their training from end 2019/2020 ) also jointly coached Stephen 2019-20 session (u17 2nd indoor 200m 2020) . Performance squad currently has 20 plus athletes all who raced producing good performances. 2020 squad showing big improvements in 100 200 300 400 also hurdles some great performances dispite Covid challenges! 2021 big step up across the squad. Great English Schools 2 Golds, Silver and Bronze. 2 other finalists and a few others performances but not selected. Corey, Russanio, Camiah, Stephen, Muslim, Monica, Grace. Other athletes PB and Seasons best all in target period 1! 2022-23 built on pervious years squad grown and lots of good performances English Schools and Nationals finals Shayia, Monica, Daniela, Robert , Camiah, Imogen also semi Emmanual, Tom, Eva, heats Ella Caleb. Combined events Imogen, Ellie and Isla ect 2024 Lots at English Schools,Nationals and Traveled to international children games as coach to Mexico 8 went 8 medals ( two individual) lots of new athletes performing. Massive improvements from a number of squad athletes including Shaiya 11.9, Ava, Erin, Kyle, Joshua, Imogen, Isla, Camiah at the championships and lots of others excelling example Joel, Daniel so many more performing well. Also lots of speed improvements with athletes from other sports !
